SSS program

🌺IAP Mumbai conducted the SSS program in two sessions for around 250 students of Class 4, and the teaching staff of 2 BMC schools
1) Mumbai Public School,
K.D. Gaikwad school, Sion Koliwada
2) Joglekarwadi Municipal School, Near Sion Fort

🌺The session was conducted by Dr Sushma Save and Dr Jagruti Sanghvi. The event was coordinated with Ms. Puja Patil from the health Ministry and Mr Vishnu Satpute and Mrs Mohini Kavale, head teachers from the respective schools.

Importance of Balanced Diet and avoidance of JUNCS, motivation for daily exercises and sleep routine, and decreasing screentime was emphasized. Dr Jagruti Sanghvi had penned a poem on Balanced Diet- संतुलित आहार, which was well-received by students and teachers alike. The students gave excellent feedback for the sessions.
