World Anemia Day and Deworming Day

🌺On the occasion of World Anemia Day and Deworming Day, a health talk was organised on 9th February 2025 by IAP Mumbai at We Can We Will Foundation NGO at Charkop, Kandivali.

🌺Our President Elect Dr Rajesh Kasla and EB member Dr Nita Jagad, and Nutritionist Dr Bharati Shah gave a talk on Anemia and Worm infestation in 2 batches for children of 1st to 5th standard and 6th to 11th standard. A total of about 50 children and 4-5 adults from NGO were present. The children were very enthusiastic and participated actively in the discussion. At the end of the talk, children were given iron tablets and deworming syrup.

🌺The talk was coordinated by Dr Nita Jagad and Dr Rajesh Kasla on behalf of IAP Mumbai and Jayshree ben Kapadia, and Ms Gursharan on behalf of We Can We Will foundation.
