National CPR awareness month celebrations

🌺Learn CPR, Save a Life, Be a Lifesaver..

🌺As a part of the National CPR awareness month celebrations, IAP Mumbai conducted a training session for the railway officers affiliated with the Divisional Railway Officers head office for the Western Railways, Mumbai Central on the 8th July, 2025 from 10.30 am onwards.

🌺The program began with an overview of the importance of learning CPR and instituting it in the golden period after a cardiac arrest. This was followed by a video demonstration of the correct technique to give the same at site. A practical demonstration of the same on mannequins was performed and hands-on training given to the attendees by Dr Nehal Shah and Dr Amruta Shirodkar.

🌺The session was attended by around 100 railway officers who participated actively and interacted with great enthusiasm posing queries that were answered by the instructors.

🌺The entire program was coordinated by Dr Nehal Shah on behalf of Team IAP Mumbai.
