World Breastfeeding Week Celebrations

🌺As a part of the World Breastfeeding Week Celebrations, IAP Mumbai in collaboration with Ruxmani Lying in Hospital, organized a week full of various activities from the *1st to 9th August 2025.

🌺The events included a Poster competition, Healthy Meal cooking competition, Slogan competition, Role play and skit demonstration,awareness talks for the mothers, session for the nurses and final celebrations by cake cutting for the mothers.
The program saw very enthusiastic participation from the antenatal and lactating mothers of opd and ipd, nursing staff, paramedical and office staff, aayabais and mamas and resident doctors. The competitions were judged by the visiting pediatric and obstetric consultants.
The prize distribution for the various events was organized on 12th August.

🌺We express special thanks to Dr Priyanka and the entire faculty comprising Dr Manjula Rupani, Dr Shashank Parekhji, Dr Rajesh and Dr Nazema Lalla along with the nursing staff for their support and participation in conducting the week long program.

🌺The entire program was coordinated by Dr Nehal Shah and Dr Rujuta Parikh from IAP Mumbai and Dr Priyanka from Ruxmani Lying in Hospital.
