🌸Growing Up with Confidence, Respect & Safety

🌸Dr Rajul Patel conducted a session on “Growing Up, Relationships & Personal Safety” for around 175 students of Std. 6–10 at Divine Light High School, Andheri East On 18th August 2026.

🌸The interactive session covered the pubertal changes, healthy and unhealthy relationships, red flags, personal boundaries, consent, digital safety, and help-seeking – reinforcing the message that their feelings are normal, their boundaries matter, and they always have the right to say “NO.”

🌸She also conducted a Menstrual Health Awareness Session for around 75 girls, focusing on menstruation, menstrual hygiene, and addressing common myths and concerns.

🌸Both sessions saw enthusiastic participation and thoughtful questions, creating a safe, open and respectful learning environment.

🌸The session was conducted by Dr. Rajul Patel, in collaboration with L&T Health Centre, Andheri and IAP Mumbai.
