Advanced Pulmonary Investigations – Module 1 – SRCC hospital, Mumbai

🌺 Respiratory diseases account for the majority of all pediatric hospital visits and admissions all over the world, with significant morbidity and mortality.
A knowledge about the available advanced pulmonary investigations and their correct application would aid on arriving at an accurate diagnosis thereby aiding not only the further management but also the monitoring and prognosis in many conditions.

🌺The Respiratory chapter of Academy of Pediatrics, Mumbai in collaboration with IAP Mumbai organized a CME on Advanced Pulmonary Investigations – Module 1 on 13th Jan 2024, at the SRCC hospital, Mumbai from 3.30 pm onwards.

🌺The program began with a welcome note by Dr Uday Pai followed by an address by Dr Nehal Shah, Dr Soonu Udani and Dr Zubin Pereira on the module.

🌺The expert faculty comprising overseas specialist Dr Hemant Kulkarni along with Dr Indu Khosla, Dr Uday Pai, Dr Hiren Panwala, Dr Kaustubh Mohite and Dr Abhinaya discussed on Advanced Pulmonary Investigations along with Chest Imaging.
This was followed by interesting workstations on Spirometry, FeNO and video microscopy.

🌺About 51 delegates participated with keen interaction.
1 MMC credit point was given to all attendees.

🌺Dr Shrunal Kamdar was the local co ordinator for the event.
