🌺Dr Amruta Shirodkar took a very interactive session on dealing with stress, anxiety and peer pressure. She offered the girls simple solutions to de-stress. Sleep hygiene and its importance was also stressed upon. The second part of the session was conducted by Dr Sikha Agarwal. She explained the importance of good food and nutrition. She also shared simple exercises which will be helpful to keep the girls physically fit. The girls were made to demonstrate the exercises and it was a very engaging session.
🌺The girls were given a small gift as a token of celebrating National Girl Child day.
🌺The NGO also felicitated both the speakers and the session was highly appreciated.
