Anemia and Deworming

🌺Navjeet Outreach Community Centre of the Holy Family Hospital in collaboration with IAP Mumbai, organized an awareness session on Anemia and Deworming in Supari Tank Baalwadi for the parents of children enrolled there.
🌺The session was conducted by Dr Harvinder Palaha and coordinated by Navjeet staff Liz Maria and Sr Mary.
🌺Dr Harvinder stressed about the role of healthy diet, Iron supplements during pregnancy and adolescence, need for regular deworming and most important of all – the role of hand hygiene, sanitation and clean eating habits.
🌺Nearly 80 parents attended the session and it was well received with considerable interaction.
