Awareness Session- Let’s Prevent Dengue and Malaria

🌺Team IAP Mumbai reached out to the Bharat Nagar slum area at Bandra East for an Awareness Session- Let’s Prevent Dengue and Malaria on 28th April 2025.

🌺Dr Sikha Agarwal and Dr Jagruti Sanghvi gave an outline on the clinical presentation of dengue and malaria, with special emphasis on ways to prevent mosquito bites to an audience comprising 40 mothers and adolescents. The session was made interesting by Dr Jagruti Sanghvi by singing Bollywood song-based jingles on the theme. The attendees were happy to receive the “mosquito prevention kits” gifted to them by IAP Mumbai.

🌺The session was coordinated by Ms Nilofer from Red Boys Foundation and Dr Sikha Agarwal from IAP Mumbai.
