Awareness Talk on ORS

🌸IAP Mumbai organised and conducted an awareness talk on ORS in the Pediatric OPD at Pt. MMM Shatabdi Hospital, Govandi to celebrate World ORS week.

🌸 The session was conducted by Dr. Rupali, Dr Rachna and Dr. Pooja for the patients waiting in Pediatric OPD. The importance of using ORS and prevention of dehydration in diarrheal diseases was explained. Also the difference between WHO ORS and commercially available drinks was stressed upon explaining to parents the importance of choosing the right ORS. Homemeade ORS substitutes were also explained to parents.
