Beat Plastic Pollution

🌺5th June is celebrated as the World Environment Day. The theme for this year is, Beat Plastic Pollution. IAP Mumbai organised an awareness session and quiz competition about Saving our Environment on 23rd June 2025, Monday, for class 9 students of Vidya Niketan School, Malavani, Malad West.

🌺 Dr Nita Jagad and Dr Arpita Shah Vakil held the quiz, and the winners were given the prizes. This was followed by few tips to save the environment. Then a wall pledge board was posted in the class. Children were given sticky note pads and instructed to write one pledge to save the environment and follow it throughout the year.

🌺 63 students took the quiz with enthusiasm.

🌺The session was co ordinated by Dr Nita Jagad on behalf of IAP Mumbai and Pandey Sir on behalf of Vidya Niketan School
