Breastfeeding is the Best Feeding

🌸IAP Mumbai conducted a session- “Breastfeeding is the Best Feeding” at Sai Wadi Anganwadi, Andheri (East), as a part of World Breastfeeding Week Celebration.

🌸28 Anganwadi tais(workers) attended this session with great enthusiasm, where Dr Jagruti taught them the correct technique of latching, various breastfeeding positions and the importance of exclusive breastfeeding.

🌸These Anganwadi workers promised to spread this knowledge to their respective areas and thus exemplify this year’s theme- “Breastfeeding for a sustainable start in life: strengthen what works”, and also build up community support to improve child health.

🌸The session was coordinated by Dr Jagruti Sanghvi on behalf of IAP Mumbai.
