🌸 IAP Mumbai: Complementary Feeding Day Awareness Activity :
​IAP Mumbai organized an impactful health awareness session at the Centre for Study of Social Change (CSSC ), Bandra.
​The educational address was delivered by Dr. Rajesh Kasla , who focused extensively on the critical importance of timely initiation, appropriate dietary practices, and debunking prevalent myths surrounding complementary feeding.
​📊 Key Highlights:
​Target Audience: The interactive session was attended by 30 dedicated Community Health Workers , who collectively cover and service 300 dispensaries across the community.
​ Resource Distribution: To ensure sustained grassroots impact, IAP Mumbai distributed vibrant, colored recipe booklets on complementary feeding along with educational posters to all participating health workers.
Attendees were highly encouraged and equipped to act as force multipliers, spreading accurate, evidence-based nutritional knowledge throughout society.
