IAP Charity Day

🌺”Every good act is charity.”

As it goes, share love – spark a change. Our one act can cause an endless impact on the lives of many who unfortunately aren’t complete.

🌺On occasion of IAP Charity Day celebrated each year on the 26th August, IAP Mumbai distributed few school bags, stationery materials like long books (set of 6), pencil pouches containing writing and colouring material in the form of colour pens, crayons and water colours, compass boxes and drawing books to around 100 underprivileged children of a municipal school at the Borli Panchatan area of Raigad district. The activity was coordinated with Dr Rajesh Pacharkar, founder of an NGO that is affiliated with activities in this area.

🌺Also, we supplied POSHAN packets consisting of a daily high protein and energy snack for a period of 6 months to 50 undernourished children and 50 children undergoing treatment for various forms of Tuberculosis.
The children were enrolled in this program after a thorough clinical evaluation by a team of experts working with the NGO, BalAsha Trust. The children were also assessed every month to see their overall clinical progress. They have shown promising results.
