National CPR AWARENESS TRAINING

🌸National CPR AWARENESS TRAINING day was conducted on 30th July 2026 in GMC GT Hospital Mumbai.

🌸The program was attended by 60 participants including respected Dean Dr. Jitendra Deshmukh Sir, Faculty, Residents Interns, Staff Nurses, Security personnel, Administrative office staff, and class 3- 4 staff.

🌸An introductory PowerPoint presentation was done by Dr. Bela Verma, who explained the importance of Cardiac chest compressions within 3- 4 minutes of a collapsed victim.

🌸The audience was shown Videos depicting the method of Chest Compressions.

🌸Dr. Ruchi Barkhane, HOD Anesthesia demonstrated the right technique on a mannequin.

🌸Each participant practiced hands-on to perform Chest Compressions.

🌸We thank the IAP Mumbai President Dr. Rajesh Kasla for providing the mannequins for the awareness training program.
