National CPR Day

🌸The Department of Pediatrics, at Nair Hospital in collaboration with IAP Mumbai, celebrated National CPR Day, observed on 21st July 2026.

🌸As part of the celebration, Dr. Sushma Save, Professor, Additional Professor, and President-Elect of IAP Mumbai, along with Dr. Poonam Wade, Dr. Neha Bhongale, Dr. Jaya Khatri, Dr. Sonu Antony and Dr. Anushka P (Professor Additional & Assistant Professors) Dr. Shivani, Dr Anjali, Dr Zenia, Dr Dishi (Senior Residents), conducted the Workshop on Pediatric BLS for the postgraduate students on 21st July 2026. The session included presentations, videos, and hands-on CPR/BLS training.

🌸A total of 13 post graduate students, along with the faculties of the department attended the session. Every participant had the opportunity to perform hands-on CPR, making the session highly interactive and engaging. The programme was well appreciated by the postgraduate students.
