National Girl Child Day

🌺On the occasion of National Girl Child Day celebrated on 24th Jan 2025, IAP Mumbai conducted a session on Healthy Lifestyle, Personal Hygiene and Menstrual Hygiene on 21st Jan 2025 at Mahatma Gandhi Vidya Mandir School Bandra East Mumbai.

🌺The session was conducted for 190 female students of Grade 6 to Grade 9
Dr Nehal Shah took an engaging and interactive session on a healthy lifestyle, mental health and personal hygiene. Dr Amruta Shirodkar delivered a very useful talk on menstrual hygiene and answered the queries of the students. A video demonstrating menstrual hygiene basics was shown to the students.
🌺IAP Mumbai donated a packet of sanitary pad to each student while emphasizing on its correct use and disposal.
The session was very well appreciated by the management of the school
