National ORS Week Celebrations

🌺As a part of the National ORS Week Celebrations, several activities were planned and carried out at various teaching hospitals across Mumbai.

🌺The Street Play competition was conducted at Sir JJ group of hospitals, Essay competition at LTMMC Sion Hospital, Poster competition at GSMC KEM hospital and the Poem and Jingle competition at TNMC Nair Hospital.
There was a very enthusiastic participation from the nurses and resident doctors of all the hospitals.

🌺A prize distribution function was organised by IAP Mumbai at IAP Office, Sion on the 29th of July, World ORS Day from 2.30 pm onwards. Dr Nehal Shah gave the welcome address and a brief overview of the history of ORS and the importance of its use in treating patients with diarrhea and dehydration.

🌺Prizes and certificates for Skit play, Jingles, Essay competition and Poster competition were distributed. Total 57 Nurses and doctors attended the program.
First and second prize holder teams of street play and jingles performed their acts during the felicitations.
First and second prize holder of the poem competition recited their poems.

🌺Total 30 winners were felicitated in different categories. There were light refreshments served to all who attended the program.

🌺The entire program was coordinated by Dr Sikha Agarwal and Dr Tanushri Mukherjee on behalf of Team IAP Mumbai.
