Periods Awareness and Menstrual Hygiene

🌸Dr Jagruti Sanghvi from IAP Mumbai conducted a session on “Periods Awareness and Menstrual Hygiene” for girl students of M P Shah School on 4th August 2026.

🌸The interactive session included concepts of physical, mental and emotional changes in Puberty through games, question-answers and visual aids. Practical tips on use and disposal of sanitary pads were given, including use of eco-friendly reusable cotton pads.

🌸The session was attended and well appreciated by around 150 girl students of 6th to 9th standard and 6 teachers. It was organised by Rotary Club of Bombay Airport and coordinated by Dr Jagruti Sanghvi on behalf of IAP Mumbai.
