Puberty-I am Ready

🌺Dr Jagruti Sanghvi of Team IAP Mumbai, conducted yet another “Puberty-I am Ready” session for std 6 girls of the State Board section of Cosmopolitan Education Society’s Valia School on 8th July 2025.

🌺60-70 adolescent girls attended the session with rapt attention and curiosity to know about puberty, the topic no one had spoken to them about before. The session lasted more than an hour and unraveled stories and mysteries about their own bodies in an interactive way. As an adolescent health expert, it gave us immense satisfaction to impart scientific knowledge about this otherwise-hushed topic.

🌺The session was coordinated by Dr Krishna Desai from the Rotary Club of Bombay Juhu Beach and Dr Jagruti Sanghvi on behalf of IAP Mumbai.
