Safe Motherhood Day

🌺On the occasion of Safe Motherhood Day, a health talk was organised at Charkop maternity hospital (MCGM hospital) by IAP Mumbai on 10th April 2024.

🌺60 antenatal mothers who visited the hospital in ANC OPD and 4 staff nurses and 2 paramedics were present for the talk.

🌺Dr Arpita Shah, Dr Tanushri Mukherjee, Dr Rajesh Kasla and Dr Nita Jagad talked on various aspects of prenatal, antenatal and postnatal care for the mothers.

🌺At the end of the health talk, Poushtik Aahar nutrition packets containing chana and jaggery were distributed to all the pregnant mothers who attended the OPD.

🌺The event was coordinated by Dr Nita Jagad and Dr Arpita Vakil on behalf of IAP Mumbai and Dr Shraddha Tiwari gynecologist on behalf of Charkop Municipal maternity Hospital.

🌺We also thank Sisters Nisha and Swati of Charkop municipal maternity hospital for their help in conducting the event.
