
Stress, Anger Management and Mental Wellness
🌺Adolescence is a period filled with academic pressure, emotional changes and social challenges. Learning healthy coping skills early helps students manage stress and anger positively and prepares them to face life’s difficulties with confidence.
🌺To build resilience and emotional strength, a very insightful awareness session on Stress, Anger Management and Mental Wellness was conducted by Dr. Rajul Patel at M. M. Pupils Own School (Gujarati Medium) for students from 5th to 10th standard, in association with the Rotary Club of Bombay Airport and IAP Mumbai on 26 th November 2025.
🌺The session was highly interactive, with active participation through role-plays, breathing exercises and meditation.The importance of a healthy lifestyle for overall wellbeing was also emphasized. Around 130 students, teachers and Rotary Club members attended the session.
