World Anemia Awareness Day and National Deworming Day

🌺Team IAP Mumbai conducted a Medical Health Check up camp at BPM High School, Khar in association with Rotary Club Of Bombay Airport.

🌺A team of 4 paediatricians- Dr Jagruti Sanghvi, Dr Aditi Shah, Dr Ameeshi Doshi and Dr Srushti Gandhi did a health check up of around 400 students from standard 5-9, along with a few doctors from Rotary Club.

🌺As a part of World Anemia Awareness Day and National Deworming Day celebration, children of std 8 were made aware about the symptoms of anemia, causes and dietary prevention of the same. Kids were also taught the correct technique of handwashing to prevent worm infestations.

🌺The talks were well-appreciated by the principal and teachers.

🌺The entire camp was coordinated by Dr Sikha Agarwal and Dr Jagruti Sanghvi on behalf of IAP Mumbai.
