World Autism Awareness Day

🌸 IAP Mumbai celebrated World Autism Awareness Day at Kiddie Planet International School and Day Care. A training session for teachers was taken by Dr. Neha Nabar on 10th April 2026.

🌸During the session, both early and late signs for identifying suspected autism in children were discussed. Teachers’ queries and doubts were addressed, and simple screening tools such as the M-CHAT were explained for use in appropriate age groups.

🌸This session was attended by all teachers offline and also a few online who couldn’t attend physically.

🌸 The programme was coordinated by Dr. Neha Nabar on behalf of IAP Mumbai.
