World Breastfeeding Week Celebrations

🌺The World Breastfeeding Week Celebrations were conducted at the Ruxmani Lying in Hospital in collaboration with IAP Mumbai all through the week from August 1 – August 8, 2024.

🌺The week long celebrations began with an inauguration in the form of cake cutting and snack distribution to the patients and the entire medical and paramedical staff of the hospital.
The enthusiasm reflected in the active participation of the mamas and mavshis in the decorations of the nursing station.

🌺No flame,healthy food cooking competition, skit competition, poster competition, awareness and motivatinal talks for promoting BF were conducted in the opd areas and ward by the consultants, resident doctors and staff nurses.

🌺The entire events were organized and conducted by Dr Nehal Shah and Dr Rujuta Parikh on behalf of Team IAP Mumbai.

🌺Team IAP Mumbai expresses special thanks to the team of Ruxmani Hospital for giving permission and lending full support to conduct these activities.

🌺Certificates of appreciation and prizes would be given away to the winners in all the 3 categories.
